Too Many Comforts?

  • Wrong diet/calories are too high
  • Too much beer
  • Too little sleep
  • Too much stress in your life

Least Effective

  • Ab machines
  • Diet Pills
  • Too much cardio.  When you are done doing long bouts of cardio, you will quit burning fat.
  • Too much cardio will cause muscle lost.  This is bad because muscle burns fat!

Most Effective

  • Introduce one technique a week.  If it continues to work, then keep it.  If not, then switch to a different technique.
  • Add more muscle with high intensity resistance training (speed, conditioning, force).
  • Interval training: run hard for 1 minute and walk for 1 minute.  This is also known as HITT.
  • Run on an incline to work the whole leg.
